Adding New System Administrator User Accounts
For security purposes, all new System Administrators must be approved by our Verifications Department. Once we receive your request to add a System Administrator we will notify you via email with the results of the verification process within one to two business days.
Please note that prior to approval new System Administrators can login to the application and use the Accurint services but their System Administrator options will not be available. Also, these users will display as "Pending Approval" on the "Manage Users" list. The same applies if you convert an existing user to System Administrator.
